I’m joined by Dr. Jeffrey Lewis for this Episode. Dr. Lewis is the Director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, the founding editor of the Arms Control Wonk blog, and a former Policy Debater in High School and College. He talks with me about his debate career, how debate influenced his decision to go into Nuclear Policy, and shares some thoughts on this year’s college topic.
